The funny thing is that I agree about Pulp and Shawshank being on the list, and both finished behind Gump for best picture. That was the year I stopped watching awards shows of any kind as I realized I didn't give a rats ass about what other people thought.

Gump is quite leet. However it almost seems trite to me at this point. I've probably just seen Sinise's legless body too many times.

Big negatory here. Scorcese = overrated. Goodfellas is worth putting on the list though, but it shouldn't replace SOTL.
