Default Limit Holdem Tournament Strategy VS Cash Game Limit

Couldn't find any search results for tourney style Limit strategy concepts. I was curious as to the difference in strategy concepts between these and cash games.

the tournament theory things that go in to changing styles between limit ring and limit tournament are the same things that you should be thinking about when thinking about the difference between nl ring and nl tournament.

1) you're broke, you're done
2) they're broke, they're done
3) the gap
4) the bubble
5) payout structure implications
6) chips change values
7) chips have decreasing marginal utility
x) etc

all that jazz. read tournament poker for advanced players.

If either of these players is nearly all in, you'll need a fairly decent hand to raise the pot."

Edit: And they're in the BB
