I can't understand why anyone would frequent sites like this, that seems to want to make you jump thru mega-hoops to get your own money. Sounds like it's just one step away from just closing shop and skipping town. Are you guys really that desperate for that $100 bonus to put up with this?

Back to the original point, however, if anyone can tell me how I can get hold of a human being there I would be much obliged. Try calling that number maybe, see if you can get through and it's my problem some how.

As far as closing up shop, no way...Will Hill is a huge sportsbook in the UK...
