Party Deposit Question

So I'm trying to deposit at Party for the August reload. I type in my Neteller account number and secure ID and I get the following message:

"Your NETeller transaction has been declined.

Reason:Connection reset

Go back and try again.

To deposit using another method, please refer to our deposit options."

I had recently signed up at Empire and hadn't played on Party since then, could that be why they're not letting me deposit via Neteller?

I would just email support, but no.

Sounds like a technical issue. Usually you'd just get the usual 'Deposit option is not available to you' crap.
