Suspicious letter from \"neteller\"
Don't mean to make a repeat thread about something like this, especially after the big neteller related thread on the first page. I couldn't find anything like this, though.
I received a very suspicious e-mail from Neteller a few days ago. [ QUOTE ] HI xxxxxx, For security reasons, we do need you to change your password to something completely different. Failure to do so can result in the closure of your neteller account. regards. ____________________________________________ Shawn Mercer Senior EFT Officer EFT Department shawn@NETeller.comToll Free: 888.258.5859 Local: 403.233.9466 Fax: 403.277.7996 www.NETeller.com [/ QUOTE ] The message is flagged as important, the return address is just "Shawn@neteller.com," the title of the e-mail is just "neteller" (no capital letters, no subject). Anyone else receive anything like this? My account has not been touched, but I'm obviously a little worried. I'll be contacting them about it soon. |
