My Internet Explorer and Fire Fox have been acting strangely lately. I downloaded Active X Manager and it told me that I am missing RECIP.RecipCtl.1.

I've googled it, but couldn't find anything really useful. Does anyone know what this is and how I get it reloaded on to my computer?
