Holy crap - quick customer service coming from empire? Also, bonus?

I got a pop up on my empire account today. GET15, 15% up to $100, but couldn't find the restrictions page to find the raked hands requirement.

Whatever. So I deposited anyways and no bonus was credited to my account. I wrote a very polite (ass kissing) email to empire and within 5 minutes the bonus had been applied (5x raked hands) and they had written me back apologizing.

Anyone ever had service this fast? Or did anyone else get the bonus? Maybe this one is account specific.
