Because of my money being frozen in the party skins for longer than it should have been, I was unable to make a deposit for the stars bonus in time. However, I deposited $600 and fired of an email to support. In a matter of hours, I got:

fwiw, stars has great support. Ive always loved dealing with them. Except they wont let me change my screenname
