A psuh beats a set or anything worse than that because he will fold, anything other than a made flush and you are ahead, AsTc I think you are a slight slight favourite (you have one spade taken), not sure about that though. I'd probably look for a read and end up pushing, talk to him a little see if he's nervous, tell him you flopped a an open ende str8 flush draw and see how he reacts.
