Positive expectation to chop in this situation?

Scenario:
If the person on your left has there chop button pressed and the person on your right does not.

Assume:
1. the person on your right will not press their chop button if you do.
2. all other things are equal: styles, skill level etc.

Is there positive expectation for you to press your chop button over keeping it off?

My thoughts so far: Without taking the size of blinds into the account the big blind has the advantage since he has position. The small blind has to put additional money into the pot just to keep from forfeiting his blind. (what he would get back from chopping) The small blind would have to raise to keep the big blind from seeing a free flop. But if the big blind calls the small blind has helped build a pot out of position. But the big blind gets more $ back if he chops with the small blind.
