Somewhat interesting stat from Party Poker play
I was tallying some results today and noticed the following numbers from my play with pocket pairs-
Flops without a set or quads- 746 Flops with a set or quads- 108 In case anyone didn't know, this almost exactly conforms with the predicted likelihood of flopping a set with a pair, namely 7.5-1. Leon |

Re: Somewhat interesting stat from Party Poker play
If only more people would take the time to check these facts before making their accusations.
Thanks Lori |

Re: Somewhat interesting stat from Party Poker play
Lori,
like yourself and many others here I have grown annoyed in the past with the vast majority of accusations concerning the integrity of sites, etc etc with little data to back it up. I just usually don't bother with these people. If I submitted data such as this to refute some people's arguments they'd probably just accuse me of making up the data and working for the site in question Take care Leon |

Kook thinking goes many levels. |

checking stats from pokertracker here....
According to the statistics, I should have received AKs 10.2 times this month, but I've only received it 8.
Obviously the site is rigged :-) |

Well, I've been dealt T3o a completely excessive 26 times this month and it's yet to take down a single pot. How unreal is that? |

Re: checking stats from pokertracker here....
This would be hypothetically, or rabbit hunting that T3o has not won any pots, because of course the only time it would see the flop would be in the big blind in an unraised pot?
If you are not careful, you will be accused of abusing your esteemed position in the poker community by suggesting that someone besides DB would play that hand, except to notice whether it would have taken a pot had it been there at the river. How detailed can pokertracker be? Does it tell you situational examples of when players played which hands? Does it do much analysis, or just reporting? |

Re: Somewhat interesting stat from Party Poker play
Thanks, cause I was just this second sitting at Party and in fifteen minutes had four full houses at stud...won with three of them and had 5555 snapped by a river kkkk when he was capping my open 555 and believe it or not, I have no doubt that it was just my turn, because I have been winning like crazy lately, and dang I will have to rethink writing that book, now that I lost thirty bucks.

Re: Somewhat interesting stat from Party Poker play
ACtually for these stats, believe it or not, I use old fashioned pen and paper
All this while playing 4 games at once too. This is a small sample of data but it gives me something to do between hands. So to answer your question I'm sorry but I have no idea how to do it using pokertracker. Leon |
