I know, I know, but you can't just sit back and wait.

Shove over the top of these weak a$$ limps, and remember that the guy to your left doesn't want to give away his chip lead any more than you want to bust out, and nobody wants to go out in 8th.

You've got stack enough to raise 2.5 BB with cheese (if you need to), and fold if someone shows strength.

"Who dares, wins."

Ugh. I think he butchered his hand pre-flop (smoothcalling with TT is horrible), but when he calls your flop bet, you gotta slow down. That said, I don't know the right play. Might be worth a post...

the board really threw me off there.. he's calling out of the BB and I raised from one off the button.. any high pair like that I would have expected a re-raise.. thought I could represent a high pair myself since i've been pretty quiet and the only way he calls me is with that kind of a hand himself.. ah well live and learn.. was going to check down after the flop, but I left myself with <10 BB's if I lose this pot

was my first ft ever, inexperience kind of showed.. I'll post up the hand.
