Default \"Official\" Live at the Bike thread (11/30) (50/100 NL)

Tonight's show is the usual "Whale Game" of 50/100 NL with a 5k max buyin to start, which goes up the more times you go broke. Unfortunately for the pros, "whale" Ed Shanizarian cried uncle and decided his losses from last week were too much and won't be playing in the Whale Game. However, WSOP Circuit bad boy Bobby Belande makes an appearance, maybe this time he won't pull a hit and run like he did the last time he was in a big-money game. To follow the action, head to www.liveatthebike.com from 6-9pm PT, and throughout the rest of the day at 1am PT going thru 4pm PT Thursday.

Only took 35 minutes to get a 2nd post, sounds like it's going to be one of those nights.

Dave & Bart,

I was hoping you could clear up a few questions that are nagging me:

1 What is a stop bet?

2 What is the difference between implied odds and reverse implied odds?

3 Is the Diablo who plays on Friday night the same Diablo who post on 2+2?

4 What is the purpose of a value bet on the river?

5 Who makes the best beer?

6 Why do people pull a limp re-raise?

I sure I have more, but this get should get things going for now.

It is not like you guys to give someone a free pass with that set of kings. I promise either of you would have made more money off that hand.

Pink: $50

Purple: $25

Although there will probably be no purple or yellow tonight.
