Netteller Question
When u set up an account, what exactly r they doing when they look at ur credit card records? is this anything that would show up and get sent to the billing address or is it just to see that this name matches, yadda yadda?

[/ QUOTE ] They use the documents to ensure that you are the rightful owner of the account, and they also (I think) make a micro-payment to that account (2c or something) for some reason.
