You forgot PokerRoom:

$0.25-$0.5 to $0.5-$1

$0.05 is raked for every $1 in the pot up to a maximum of $1.50.

$1-$2
$0.25 is raked for every $5 in the pot up to a maximum of $1.50.

$2-$4 and above
$1 every $20 up to max of $3 (max is $1 for 2 or 3 handed and $2 if 4 or 5 handed.

Pot and No Limit:
* $0.25-$0.5 to $0.5-$1.0
$0.05 is raked for every $1 in the pot up to the max rake (see below).

Number of players Max rake
2-3 $1
4-5 $2
6-10 $3


* $1-$2 to $2-$4
$0.25 is raked for every $5 in the pot up to the max rake (see below).

Number of players Max rake
2-3 $1
4-5 $2
6-10 $3


* $5-$10 and up
$1 is raked for every $20 in the pot up to the max rake (see below).

2-3 $1
4-5 $2
6-10 $3

Thanks Tyler, I dont play there so I forgot. Thank you. I guess it should be added that just about every room caps at $1 for 2-3 handed and $2 for 4-5 handed at 2/4+
