Default 600 $6.50 Turbo SNGs, 6 at a time

Well, I became a slum lord for the second time a couple of weeks ago, and withdrew about 98% of my Stars account balance to pay for the downpayment on my new rental property. I left myself with about $160 in the account, and tried to figure out the best way to build it back up to the 5 figures that it formerly was.

I decided to try a SNG experiment. I began to get into this in another thread earlier this week, but here is the full idea. I will play 600 - $6.50 Turbo SNGs, 6 at a time. My goal over these 600 SNGs is to profit $2,000. I will post updates as the experiment becomes 5%, 10%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100% complete. This works out to a ROI of 51.2%, which I think is achievable due to the terrible players at this level.

At this point, I am 5% complete with the experiment, and on pace (I know it is an extremely small sample) to greatly exceed my expectations. Here are my results to this point.
Keep in mind that one session is composed of 6 SNGs.

Session 1: 2-1st, 1-3rd, 3-Other
Session 2: 1-1st, 2-2nd, 1-3rd, 2-Other
Session 3: 2-1st, 1-2nd, 3-3rd
Session 4: 1-1st, 1-2nd, 1-3rd, 3-Other
Session 5: 3-1st, 3-Other

Current ITM: 63.3%
Current Profit: $177.60
Current ROI: 91.1%

Projected Profit: $3,552

If anyone else would like to perform a similar experiment and exchange data or hand histories, I would be more than willing to do so. PM me if interested.

Play the $6.50's, THEN say this isn't possible. I'm pretty sure you'll find the error in your ways.

I'm not saying a high ROI isn't possible...maybe even 40ish%. But 50+% really isn't possible unless you're doing multitable SNGs, and certainly not 6 tabling.

At first I didn't think it was possible either, however I have probably played a couple hundred of these, and the players are so bad, especially when it is heads up. I definitely expect to have at least a 60%-40% of firsts and seconds once i reach heads up. I think that aspect of it makes it possible.

If you do this, I will personally rape myself with my 32 inch John Holmes dong.

GL, I guess the only question I really have is why? Why not move up to the next level at stars? Ok, I really don't need an answer.

BTW, I have a 300% ROI at the 30's over 30000 tourneys, so anythings possible right?

Good luck man.

This is a massive goal but like others have said the competition is extremely terrible and this might be possible.

So go for it.
