Buying a Modded XBOX

I found a Modded XBOX on www.sell.com and i decided to get one. Its been over 10 weeks since i ordered it i keep in touch with the guy who is building it for me and he assures me that he will get it to me as soon as he can. Im just wondering how long should it take to build one of these things even if there is a waiting list. I think that he may be trying to screw me over but im giving him the benefit of the doubt that hes trying his best. He has a bunch of reviews and almost all of them are good exect that he has been taking forever to get these things out. I told him that Ill give him about 2 more weeks before i report him to sell.com. But i mean seriously i think it should only take a max of a month to get one of these things done and shipped.

Anyone want to tell me if it looks like im getting screwed here of shold i wait it out.

A friend of mine modded my xbox. It shouldn't take anymore than 2 hours to do the actual mod. My guess is he has a big list of these to do and is lazy.

It sounds an awfully long time, but usually if they reply to emails/phone calls, they're usually okay. It's when you can't contact em you worry.

Yea i im getting sick of waiting i think the guy must just keep accepting peoples offers and is way behind but only sees $$$$ signs. But i told him that if i dont have the thing in like 2 weeks im reporting him and he got all all defensive saying just give me more time im doing my best. So i guess others are tired of waiting as well and that may cause him some problems. I mean the guy seems nice and seems like hes not trying to scam people.

Has he told you what the cause of the hold up is? Sometimes it can take a while to actually get your hands on the mod chip.

He has just said that with the release of the 360 soon things should calm down some. So to me that sounds like he took on to many projects at once and cant catch up.
