having a female account

does anyone on here have an idea of what it would be like having a party skins account as a girl icon? does anyone think people would play you differently? make looser calls, or respect your bets more? any effects at all?

I had one for a while (it's still my empire name). You get comments all the time from guys, especially since I have "coed" in the name. I don't think it got me much extra ev though.

it's a great idea....I do it.

It's worth about 0.3 BB/100 hands on 2/4 holdem and 0.2 BB/100 hands on 3/6 and lower omaha hi-lo. I have over 50k hands each way. So, unless I've been luckier with the female icon, my opponents are contributing more to my female account. IT seems like people try to push me off pots more often as a female.

PS--You will have guys hit on you occasionally--it's creepy

i am on all of mine and kind of wish now that i wasn't, only b/c everyone wants to talk to you when you are a chick so you either have to ignore or turn of chat and i like to keep the chat on to see what people say.

as for EV, you may gain a little a lower limits and thats a slim "may" and i don't think you gain any at 2/4 NL and above.

Being the sexist male that I am I always assumed that a female was worse. Course now I have avatars off now so I can't see anymore. I'll assume average joe fish assumes females are worse too, so it might be worth a shot.

Every single time I see a female name/avatar I always assume it is a guy pretending to be a girl. Most of the time it is.
