Default rebuy and add on - strategy and glitch = ?

A couple of questions re: PP rebuy tournaments:

1) As you probably know, there is a software glitch that allows you to rebuy (even if you really have > 1000 chips) if you are all-in during a hand. (apparently at that moment they think you have 0) Do they know about this? Doesn't this allow for abuse?

2) given this, several people go all in repeatedly (like 15 times) and accumulate a ton of chips.

Is this wise? Is the "wisdom" a function of how good a player you are? Just curious,

party knows this and is fine with the glitch. thats how they want their rebuys
