Default QQ preflop question

UTG (a bit loose) raises to 25 with about 1200 behind him on 5/10 party poker.
Button (hasn't gotten out of line yet) raises to 100 with 1500.
I have QQ in the big blind with about 1300. Questions:
1) It seems like just calling here is ok, but I'm not sure how to proceed on a flop like 469 since I don't know where I'm at.
2) Folding seems weak, since button knows UTG is a bit loose and could be raising weak here
3) Reraise? How much? I'm getting close to potstuck here...

thanks for the input.

call, preflop, see what utg does.

on a low ragged flop, id probably lead for 3/4 pot or so and fold to a raise. actually, id do the same on a Q high board too. well, except for the fold part.

I'd also call and lead on a ragged flop. I would slow down if called or fold to a raise.

Button could just be re-raising pre-flop to isolate, or he could actually have what he's representing: AA / KK.
