They explicitly call out "opponent-profiling... software".
bobbyi - They call this statement out as a subset of "AI Software". We can debate the meaning of "AI" as much as we like and I'm sure that they are using a different definition than either you or I would come up with, bet specifically it's not defined. If we use your broad definition then the use of PokerTracker is in violation of the agreement which Party has not outlawed, but more to the point so would doing things like taking player notes and keeping them in electronic form. Now if PArty clarifies things and says that this is a violation of the T&C's then bby all means I will ditch these items as will most advantage players because frankly I need the site more than the software. I will not be happy about having to keep manual records though.

I was having the same problem tonight (managed to be +15 BB/100 without it, though [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] . Something apparently happened with either PP's software or PV 1.13, so that they didn't work and play well with each other. New PV version 1.15 fixes this.

That is the only thing I can come up with.
