Default Straight Draw

Hi!

Recently I heared somewhere the expression "wrap straight draw". Can anybody tell me, what it means?

Thanx, Dai

They probably mean it as in an open-ended straight draw i.e if you have 65 and there's A78 on board, any 4 or 9 will give you a straight.

Or they could be talking about the 'wraparound straight' like KA234, which doesn't actually exsist as a poker hand and will probably cause them to embarrass themselves in a casino at some point

A wrap is an omaha term for an open ended straight draw on both ends (Ie, you hold AKJT and the board reads QJx. Any A, K, or 9 makes your straight.)

A big wrap is when you have an openender with outs up the wazoo (Ie, you hold KQ98 and the board reads JTx. Any 7,8,9,Q,K, or A will make your straight)

This is the only way that I have heard the term wrap before. I am not sure if there are any other definitions
