Mason\'s poker essays
Hey fellas,
For someone who has read HEFAP and plays 3/6 (ME!) would poker essays be a good logical step in terms of literature? If so, which ones? If not, any other book that might be og particular value - assume I have read most low limit books. |

Re: Mason\'s poker essays
I've only read Volume III. I found it quite worthwhile and have added Volumes I & II to my "to read" list.

Re: Mason\'s poker essays
The essays are a collection of articles that Mason has written over the years. If I am not mistaken the volumes are organized by time periods not by topics. For example there are "Technical Matters" sections in each volume.
If you want to become a better player and evenutally want to move up, to 5/10 and beyond, they are all worthwhile, together with the forums and a lot of other books that are out there. If you want to read 1 at a time that is fine too. |
