Default Flush Draw on Big Pot, with KJJ flop...

This is my first time posting. I have an opinion on how I played this hand, wanted to see if it tracked with the better players on this forum. Thanks.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (10 handed) converter

Button ($104.55)
Hero ($78)
BB ($206.3)
UTG ($80.5)
UTG+1 ($64.25)
UTG+2 ($99.35)
MP1 ($303.55)
MP2 ($117.38)
MP3 ($119.7)
CO ($178.53)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of $0.5.
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $4</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, MP1 calls $4, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, CO calls $4, Button calls $4, Hero (poster) calls $3.50, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>.

Flop: ($21) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(5 players)</font>

UTG bets $10, folds to CO who raises $20. I call, UTG goes all in for ~$65, CO calls, I call. Thoughts?

Any reads on your opponents?
Yes you have a monster draw but with someone going all in and an initial raiser cold-calling he's showing signs of a monster. With 2 ppl all-in before me I fold this 80% of the time.
