looking for atm machines with high withdraw limits for neteller card.

I spoke with my local Bank of America bankteller and asked her if a card from a foreign bank could be used at their ATM machine and if I could withdraw chunks of 3k or so. She said yes, but that the money will come out in twenties.

So I was planning to go to the ATM machine today at Bank of America and cash out 3k for my neteller debit card, which I just got in the mail a few days ago. I get to the machine and it declines my 3k transaction. I try again under 1k and it declines that as well.

So I go down the street to the next ATM and try for 1k. Declined. So I'm aggrivated. Some old guy in line tries to make conversation about my Yankees hat and opens with "So you think they are ready to break up the team yet?" I'm not pleased. I respond with, "No they are still going to win." He rolls his eyes and I punch him in the ****ing face.

I come home and speak with a neteller representative and ask what happened and why my card isn't working. He says that most ATM machines have maximum withdraw limits of at most $500 and that this is probably what the problem is. I tell him that I need to find a machine in my area that has much higher withdraw limits and preferably dispenses in $100 bills. He tells me that he does not know how to search for ATM machines with such limits, and that he hasn't heard of ATM machines such as this. He does however, give me this link to search for compatible ATM machines in my area with the Neteller ATM card. www.star.com

Don't most major casinos have ATM machines with withdraw limits of several thousands? Do I really have to drive all the way out to a casino just to use an ATM card when I want quick access to alot of money?

How come you can't just transfer the money from Neteller to your bank account and then withdraw it then? Or do you need the money quicker than that?

I thought it only charged you a fee for putting money onto your debit card. Atleast that's how I understood it when I submitted my application. I haven't actually used one yet.

yes i can certainly do that, but the atm card serves no purpose if i cant withdraw more money than that. im not the type to carry $300 in his wallet.
