Default how to beat horrible players?

i'm 16 i have been playing poker for about 1 1/2 years me and about 8-12 of my friends 3-4 nights a week, but anyways i feel like i am the best player who plays with us. There are probably 3 maybe 4 of us who are descent to good but everyone else i can literally read like a book, it seems like i always get my money in at the right time and they call me with horrible hands and draw out. we play 10 dollar buy-in .20/.40 blinds with re-buys only when you get busted. How can i keep these from drawing out with inferrior hands raise the blinds as the game progresses so they have to pay more to play, not allow rebuys so they are tighter because they know that if they get busted they are done? All help is greatly appreciated.

Try reading a few books. Start with Theory of Poker.
