Default Tough Hand

I was in a $10+1 tourny today with the last $11 in my account. The final hand as I can best recall when this way, tell me if I played it right:

I am BB, and check, the only caller was the button.
Button seems to be a loose passive player, has caught his card on the river three times already today, and has a large stack (3400) against my (815) blinds are $100/200.

Pre-flop
he calls the 200
I check with Jc2c (615)

Flop comes:
2h 5s Jd

I bet $300 (315 remaining)
button calls

I figure button has a jack with higher kicker, pocket pair (like 10's), or two overs. So with my two pair I think I'm well ahead of him.

4th street:
Qh

I'm afraid of two things now, a flush, or jack queen. I think he has neither. Yet i only have (315) left.

I go all in (betting 315)
button calls. (buttons cards JsAd)

5th street:
As

Should I have folded this hand at any point? I keep playing it over and over in my head and saying he got lucky, were his odds better than what I thought? comments please?
