Anyone know when the main event will be held next year?

Harrah's refuses to divulge when the tourny will start, so no way of knowing when the final will be. I'm booked into a room in Vegas starting April 22, but who knows...........

I thought I saw something like July 30th listed on the commercials running during the WSOP (the one with the 800 # at the end). Can anyone verify this? I usually fast forward through the commercials (thank GOD for TiVo), but had a rerun on in the background while I was playing online.

I've heard this through the grapevine, next year it will be at the Rio with the final two days of the main event held at Binion's, new dates will be June 1st thru July 15th.

Festa al Lago at the Bellagio is already scheduled for the june 18th-30th and the WPT championship ends April 24th. but didn't the wsop start before the wpt championship ended this year?

I thought I read the wsop is running from June 1st until July 15th. So I would guess the final event would begin July 7 or 8.
