I don't mind that play, but I might pop in a minraise on the flop to stop the other 2 still to act from getting the right odds on a flush draw and to give pressure to them since sb potbet it. Probably would have won the same pot or less that way, but don't look like you could get much more out of this one.

I dont get what hand the SB has that he has the guts to pot the flop into 4 players, then fold to a 1/2 pot bet on the turn.

The flop bet from SB is clearly a probe bet. Looks good to me the way you played it. Perhaps a pre-flop raise might have gotten someone to play more forcefully on the flop because of bigger pot.

I don't like the play. You have a King-high, draw-heavy board with three potential callers. Somebody is bound to like their hand. I would raise it to 250. Given that you limped pf, your opponents are likely to put you on either top pair, or a draw hand in which you are trying to steal the pot.

Yeh, I was thinking I should have raised to like 250 on the flop.

I kind of assume since this was the first hand that there was some loose action with the pot sized bet and call on the flop. I was kind of suprised that two players would go for a pot sized bet on the flop, but wouldn't call 1/2 pot of the turn. What were they playing? Did they have top pair or a draw or what?

[/ QUOTE ] These donkeys didn't have top pair--they would have stayed in. I think MP1 was on a draw, and SB was on a steal.
