Have been experementing with limping AQ early in the first 2 levels. The problem has been playing the hand when someone raises behind me. Do you like how I played here? What would you have done differently?

Default Re: (22) 2 limp AQ hands

Ok my comments

hand 1:

I think i might have folded that preflop. If you know shorty is loose then he is very likely to pushing all in over the top of the raise. By just calling intially and then again, you are screwed on the flop if you miss.

Hand 2:

I would have raised with it preflop or folded.

But given that you limped, i think calling the raise preflop is ok. I would have bet 250/300 on the flop and then would have been pot commited on the turn. I think you are ahead on the flop.

These situations are why i would raise with a,q preflop. If you raise and get reraise you know you are beat and can fold. Were as here you have no idea if he was donk raising preflop and has something like q,10 k,q a,j etc.
