Default A min-raise, min re-raise... where am I?

I have 10,10 in the SB of a 2/4 6 max game at party. There are two limpers and I complete, BB knuckles. First limper in this hand has 200, 2nd limper has 400. I cover both

FLOP 10,J,Q 2 spades

I lead for 15, fold, first limper makes it 30, 2nd limper makes it 45, I get lost and call, first limper than pushes in for 195 total, 2nd limper calls, what's my plan?

And plan for the rest of the hand? What do you do if the other caller checks, pushes, etc?
