Al:

TD 2-7 is so simple to deal, a monkey that can count out 5 cards can do it. The room where the weekly TT Home Game is held has been dealing that game without a single problem, in fact we hand the first 2-7 tournament this evening (I suck at poker, therefore I lost of course!). In short.... if I have to hold a dealers hand just to play this fantastic game I will. Make it happen!

Add some names to the list of attendees:

Tash - she lurks to much and posts too little, but she told us last night she will be there for the entire month of June, and can make it for the donk-fest. Beware when she makes it 5 bets after two pre-flop straddles, she kicked my ass last time! She probably wants to play in the HE game.

Matt - hangs with Tash, and is mad cool. He is one bad-ass low limit donk!, I would assume he wants to play in the rotation game.

Paul - He is not a 2+2 regular, but he plays all three of the weekly TT 'home' games and is the coolest guy at Satellite. He will also be in Vegas for the entire month, he would like to donk around in the rotation game.

gonna be fun!

TT - Numero Uno Donk

one question, ive never dealt a td2-7 game --- how are the discards dealt with, do you normally collect them all and then reshuffle them between discards or do you reshuffle once all cards are used

cheers

Each person discards one at a time. after each discard the dealer gives the player his or her replacement cards. The muck is reshuffled once the stub runs out of cards, at that point the reshuffled deck is put back into play. This doesn't happen often, it only takes place when there is significant multi-way action, which is semi-rare.

The worst feeling in the world is catching the same card you discarded during the first draw, It just sucks.
