Alcohol or THC?

If you had to commit to doing either one or the other for the rest of your life (recreationally, of course), would you rather have a beer or toke a spliff?

Why did you choose one over the other?

I chose "'da dank" because:

- I prefer the buzz over alcohol
- I don't lose my inhibitions... In fact, I become "weak-tight", so-to-speak
- sex is freaking awesome when stoned, while mediocre (if even possible) when drunk
- wanna-be hippie-chicks are hot (although most authentic hippe-chicks are not)
- a quick shower can sober you up right-quick if need be
- if you are out of your personal stash and a friend wants to get high in your presence, you're getting high too, which is always cool (if the case is otherwise, get new friends)
- it's only a gateway drug if you are weak-sauce

There may be good arguments for your choice, but these are not good arguments.

Alcohol has been a lubricant for sex for literally millenia. Depending on your level of intoxication you may perform better, worse, or about the same. I can't say I spent much time screwing during the times I was high (more like eating Cheerios and having paranoid fits) so there's no comparison there.

As far as running out, if you run out of beer, you can just go to the store and buy more. If you don't have three bucks to buy a sixer of Pabst, you should really stay sober and go find a job anyway.

A quick shower does not stop you from being stoned. The fact that you think this could be construed in a number of ways, none of them that complimentary if you ask me.

And neither wanna-be hippies nor real hippies stack up against the normal, attractive majority of women who prefer to drink. Unless you are a fan of unkempt dreadlocks on white women.

I agree with all the above. However, problem is that it makes me paranoid. I am one of the rare people who is far better company drunk than sober.

Also, I recieve immense pleasure from the sensation of good red wine and fine single malt whisky.
