Anyone know where I might obtain some large print card graphics for Party Poker and skins?

how is AF (aggression factor) computed both overall and on each street?

It doesn't matter, just know that the colors match up. It doesn't matter if you have Ad Kd or you have a blue Ace & a blue King. If you must know though, I'll assume he made them the same as a typical 4 color deck :

Diamond = blue
Club = green
Heart = red
Spade = black
