Party Collusion

These 5 guys was in the same room together for 6 times in a week that i checked. When anyone had AA or KK QQ etc... always would be capping between the two. I reported them to party 4 times. Finally on the 4th attempt they agreed it was suspicious, it was beyond suspicious as anyone would a brain would realise. So now they emailed me and said that they thank me for reporting this incidence but as so much time has passed they can't go forward to investigate it. I emailed them the first day I saw it and it's their fault they didn't act upon it. Has anyone dealt with party support and felt they are just pure idiots?

Actually the only time I emailed them abotu possible collusion they appeared to handle it quite well. Of course the time I called them about my account beign screwed I didn't understand a word the person said. I guess I should learn to speak whatever they speak in India [img]/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img]

Ive reported collusion before in sit n gos where people have blantantly spoken about pushing out players and coordinating their play...Party Poker was not very helpful at all.
