My opponent here is tight player who I havent seen getting out of line. I was a little bit lost on that hand, he should know that I have a good hand and he is still playing back at me. Should I fold to his turn bet and how was my flop and turn play ? |

Im reraiaisng on the flop. Just calling him has put you in an ugly spot for the turn.. as you discovered.

Call the flop, lead the turn for 50, fold to any further agression. If he calls, check/fold the river.

Preflop is what caused this mess. Don't build pots out of position with marginal hands.

Im reraiaisng on the flop. Just calling him has put you in an ugly spot for the turn.. as you discovered. [/ QUOTE ] Re-raising on the flop also pot-commits you basically, which would be a disaster if he has the set of dueces or ochos. I would have just called pre-flop, done the same on the flop, led out on the turn, and fold to a raise. (on the turn) |
