Having never played in a live casino. Is this about the skill level you would find in $200 vegas NL tables?

A lot of people rip on the skill of the players at the Detroit casinos. Which they should. But I've rarely seen poker this bad there. Rarely. I mean, not unless most of the table is drunk or high can it sink to levels like this.
