I think you might be able to argue this with AKo, but AKs has multiway strength.

I can't see folding AKs preflop in a limit game with capped betting. Especially not with position on the field.
Also, keep in mind that if MP1 really is a decent player, he's also realized that UTG+1 is an idiot, and could be capping with a much wider range of hands than you'd expect. Especially since the initial raiser is already all-in, so he's in effect just isolating on UTG+1 with his cap. |
