Default Re: AK or KK?

You have to say KK from a purely mathematical standpoint. Assuming your opponent doesn't hit a set on the flop but has an overpair, they are an 8 percent favorite. If you have AK on a board Axx and they have Aq Aj then they have an 11 percent chance. In both situations its hard for the huge underdog to fold, so assuming they don't you can get a lot of money out of them both times but the Ax will suck out slightly more. Another thing is with the weaker overpair you need to get their money in before an overcard to their hand hits... otherwise that could scare them out.
