Fold preflop, post in SSNL. The rest is fine. There's no way you can be sure your hand is good but your stack is too short and the pot is too big to do anything but get it all in and hope for the best.

Looks ok to me. I probably put in the big checkraise on the flop instead of the turn. But taking it from the turn, I do the same as you.

Edit: and there is nothing wrong with completing in the sb in this situation in my book.
