i typed a very long (10-15 minute) selfless suggestion to someone in a private message.

when i finally finished, the screen read "we cannot proceed"

i returned to the post, and it was now blank.

Yeah, this is a known software problem issue that Chuck and Mat are trying to fix. I've started to just highlight and copy my long responses before I hit post, just in case of something like that.
