Help me choose an online sportsbook

Please list pros and cons of the ones you've played at. I'm especially interested in hearing from people who have played at multiple sites. Please don't just throw your reference code at me. If someone does a good job helping me choose, then I'll use that person as a reference, but please don't just pimp your site and ignore the qualities of others so I'll sign up under you.
