Tipping at Bellagio Tournament

I'm planning to enter the Bellagio $1060 buy-in tournament in January when I'm in Vegas. I'm also hoping to win! [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

What is the etiquette regarding tipping the dealers? Is it included in the entry fee or is it expected of the winning player(s)?
