Default 100nl, pot too big to fold?

although i'm getting 6:1 odds on my money here, i think it is almost too blatantly obvious he has me beat, leading to an easy fold...thoughts?

Yep, you have to call his bet. If he's got the flush consider yourself lucky he let you off so easy on the river. Fold to the turn cr when you have no redraws. Also, just pot the flop and don't overbet.

just noticed that YOU raised the turn. yeah, dont do that.

Pot flop. Don't raise turn. Consider folding the turn, but you'll probably end up calling him down. Looks like he has the flush and is worried you have AQ. Turn raise is bad, IMO.
