Party Skins and IGM Pay

I live in Maryland so I use IGM pay instead of Neteller. Today I used a computer at school to sign up for poker now to get their initial bonus. When I got home I went to make a deposit with IGM pay, and after I filled out my bank information it said I couldn't make a deposit because my bank was already on file. Is there a way around this?

I ran into this problem when trying to use the IGMPAY bonus code at additional party skins.

Just write to info@pay-pro.com. They will ask you to send them a copy of a voided check through e-mail or fax. They will also give you the option of verifying your account by entering the two small IGM deposits that are sent to your bank account (these are two new deposits).

My understanding is that Neteller has determined in some way that they can't legally operate in Maryland (maybe some overaggressive Atty. Gen. rattled some sabers?). I don't know if anyone's been "grandfathered", but Neteller will reject new signups from Maryland residents.

Huh, the Maryland thing is strange...as far as IGM, I had to get them to resend my deposits so I could verify my bank account (even though I still have a cpoy of my bank statement from when I got the first 2). Actually, still waiting on the new deposits, got an e-mail this morning about it.
