Help me settle a debate please...
Okay, I'm rusty as hell at limit, as I gave it up in my early days in favor of NL cash and tourneys exclusively...
I've got someone on another site trying to tell me that calling 7 2 off from the SB with about 5 limpers is +EV. Could this possibly be right??... |

Re: Help me settle a debate please...
I just can't even believe I'm in this discussion, it's what, about 3.5% (appx) that you'll flop two pair or better, otherwise you're looking at what, flopping nothing or flopping a pair and facing a 5 outer out of position against multiple opponents?

[/ QUOTE ] yup yup, and you are getting 20:1 on your call so this is about a neutral EV situation and if you play g00t postflop calling is the optimal play. |

Re: Help me settle a debate please...
I think that in a 2/3 SB/BB structure, a case could be made for completing.
But in a 1/2 structure, I would fold. |
