Cool, thanks. I have folks near there, and might be visiting soon. Do you know what limits, or any general advice? I know its a very vague question. Thanks in advance for the help + any additional.

Been awhile, but they had 4/8&10/20&20/40 and a PL game with if I remember right 5/10 or 10/20 blinds. The PL game was one salty game so if you play it be ready.

I was there in January and it was crowded and smoky as hell. You can call ahead to get on the list so I would strongly advise that. They only have 12 tables or so. The 10/20 game looked great but I wasn't able to get on in the time I was alloted to be there. The 4/8 game played like any other - 7-8 taking the flop.

Not that you can go anywhere else, but I think they rake 10% $5 max on the $4/$8. I'm not sure about the other games. I've only been once.

That is correct - $5 max rake (which is in all Louisiana, not just Shreveport). A good reason to play at least 10/20 and visit only sparingly in my opinion.

Went and played at the Hollywood a couple of weeks ago. Only 7 tables (I think?). But the action was very good, although the place is real smoky. I only played 4/8 but there was usually 5 to 7 seeing the flops. It is crowded and hard to get in on a game.
