need help for from serious PT and buddy list geeks (like me)

Here is the deal. I use the export function in poker tracker to export a 'fish list'into an about 1000 fish into Excel file. They are ranked from the biggest fish to the smallest. I then use Buddy Copy to insert them into my Party buddy list. I do this once a week, but there are a couple of problems.

1. When I go to delete the previous buddys off my buddy list, the delate process jams after 10 seconds or so. I then have to sign off Party, sign back on and go for another 10 seconds...repeat...etc. With 1000 on the list that takes awhile.

2. When I am using body copy to import my ranked list into the Party buddy list, it inveribly 'hiccups' somewhere in the process and starts adding names at the top of the list. This screws up my ranking system since I want the buddy list to show the biggest fish first.

Anyone out there got any ideas?
