Default 2x 2 pair - how much action?

Frank is 60/5/0.77 and seems to be a straightforward player.
Anybody 3-bets and folds to a cap?

Final Pot: 9.67 BB.

Jill is 44/14/0.7
I'm running hot so she might think I'm bluffing quite often, so she can certainly raise the turn with a lone queen.
On the other hand, she didn't play her draws fast so she can have a flush/QT.
Anybody goes for a river check-raise on this card, folding to a 3-bet?

Both look okay - I'd be afraid to 3-bet passive players in either spot. Hand #1 is close though... that 9 could have given Frank 2-pair (A9, J9, 98).

I play both of these the same way. I don't think we have enough of a read to three-bet either one.

These both look fine to me. In general, I'm incapable of 3-betting and folding to a cap or raising and folding to a 3-bet. This is probably something I should change.

Looks good.

If you 3-bet hand 1 you're probably still going to get called by Q10, but he probably wouldn't cap with the flush out there, so you still may lose 1 when behind.
