If you are trying to clean up the verbiage. Dan uses "just" way too much in the second book, which is so damn good I don't want to tell anyone about it.

As I've said previously...I'm not very knowledgeable about books and/or publishing so I don't know how many typos or erros are 'typical'. But this seems like an awful lot to me and I think 2+2 should take steps to correct such situations from happening again.

Having a better proof-reading system BEFORE publishing the book would be a good start. Looking for outside )or just 'additional') help to try to accomplish this might not be a half-bad idea.

Indeed. I'm only halfway through and I've noticed many of them myself. Some, like where player E is referred to as player C or a straightflush draw is said to have 17 outs, are just glaring. I'm sure a few monor errors for a first printing are common but this really does seem like a lot.

Mason said in another thread that he hoped HOH2 would not have so many of these sorts of errors, but it doesn't seem this hope was well-founded.

We should be thankful that Mason changed his mind and went ahead with posting an errata list. However, this should become a common practice for all 2+2 books.

Sorry, this should be:
"lessor" should be "lesser" - near bottom of page.
